

Once you have identified the company’s need to raise finance, you should target the most appropriate source of funding that will facilitate the company in achieving its objectives. To achieve this, a fundraising proposal needs to be prepared that will maximise the likelihood of success.
By engaging Atlas Corporate Finance, we will prepare your proposal (which will constitute a business plan and forecast) that will outline your business and funding requirement and present it to the most likely sources of funding for your business, in a form and format that the potential funders understand and prefer. We will professionally project manage the process to ensure that the fundraising is completed smoothly, without any negative effect on the business.
Our role would cover:

Assessment of the viability of the fundraising, together with the most likely sources of finance (debt and/or equity)

Preparation of a business plan and financial forecast

Assistance with any presentation to funders

Management of the discussions with the potential sources of finance and eliciting offers of funding

Negotiation of the funding terms

Close working with your lawyers to ensure the most favourable contractual terms are negotiated whilst a commercial perspective is maintained
